Fill out our prospective/new client form. This is the most efficient way to get all of the needed information from you including, your address, phone number, dog's name, age breed, weight, health conditions, and proof of rabies vaccine.

Please be sure to read our policies thoroughly. By entering your card on file (will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated) and signing, you are stating that you are aware of and agree to all of our policies.  

Within 2 days you will receive a "Welcome" text message including the expected groom price for your pet and the next 3 available appointments in your area. 

After selecting an appointment, you will receive a client accepted and appointment booked notification. 3 days before your scheduled appointment, we will send a reminder. And another 1 day before. Both of these messages will have an appointment confirmation link, please use the link to let us know that we are still on schedule. 

We will arrive to your home with our self-sufficient salon! We will need about 45-50 ft of clear space to park safely. Parking on the street is usually easier unless you have a large, flat driveway. For those living downtown and in hard to reach areas, we may park near and walk to retrieve your pet. 

Most dogs take about 1.5 hours but can take up to 3 for large breeds. We do ask that at least 1 owner is present for the first appointment. After that anyone may be home or you may take advantage of latchkey and have your dog groomed even when you can't be home! 

Your first appointment is a "tester" and you are never "locked in", however if you enjoy our experience (which we are sure you will!) and choose to stay with us, we do ask that clients maintain a regular schedule of 8 weeks or less. 

This schedule is to ensure that your pet's skin, coat and nails are kept in top condition as well well as maintain routes and timing. We thank you so much and we look forward to serving you and your fur baby!
